Click Path

Usage:
The analytics displays the most frequent click path according to your specified entry-exit page(s).
Application:
The analytics shows you a complete click path and reach rate in each stage (5 at most); it further compares the visits of different products in the same level so that you can have a complete click path. The report suggests you sieve out a more effective click path and apply it in your update plan. From every click path, you can also enhance the website performance by adding more related product information and campaigns.

Arrival Path

Usage:
The report helps you observe the origin of visitors by tracking the page which navigates visitors to your specified page.
Application:

Understanding the most frequent arrival path is conducive to helping Web planners design better page content. Page tracked could be within your website or from referrals. Therefore, you can explore potential alliance websites and further have ad exchanges or other forms of business transactions.

Conversion

Usage:

The analytics shows you visitors’ browsing patterns and conversion according to specified processes. Conversion = visitors completing certain specified process / visitors in the first stage of the process.
*The function only supports Professional Service and Enterprise Service.

Application:

The analytics helps you realize the conversion by your specified processes such as registration and purchase. According to your specification or registry process, the analytics shows you the visitors and conversion among all pages in your site.
Suppose a low conversion results from the high percentage of incomplete registration in the first stage, you are supposed to check if the writing load is excessive or your site is unstable so that visitors fail to proceed in the first stage of process. Once problems are found, you can further resolve them.
Users can correlate the analyses of Banner Ad, E-mail and External Site and further understand the value of your website.
