Definition:
*Visitor: |
A Visitor is defined as individual who makes a request to browse a website (excluding spiders and robots). A Visitor can make multiple visits over time but is always identified/counted singly during reporting. Distinguishing a visitor is through a persistent cookie. |

*Visit: |
A Visit begin with the arrival of an individual on any page of a website and ends when the individual departs the website by closing the browser or simply moving on to another website. During the visit, the individual browses the website contents. |

*Page view: |
A page view refers to every file or document requested during browsing by visitors. The actual number of pages counted may or may not match the “pages” seen on the visitor’s browser as each frame on a site will be counted individually. |

*Average Visits per Visitor: |
Total number of visits divided by total number of visitors for any given period of time. |

*Average Pageviews per Visit: |
Total number of pageviews divided by total number of visits for any given period of time. |

*Average Pageviews per Login: |
